  2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add in the coconut milk, water, tamarind paste, sugar, and salt. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the fish and let it simmer for another 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy!
