- 1 whole chicken, cut into small pieces

- 2 cans of corn

- 5 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 onion, diced

- 2 carrots, diced

- 2 potatoes, diced

- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 1-inch ginger, minced

- 1 vegetable bouillon cube

- 1 liter of water

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Heat up some oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.

2. Add in the chicken and cook until it changes color.

3. Add in the ginger and stir for a minute. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

4. Add in the vegetable bouillon cube, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Add in the corn and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
